Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information and shipping labels to update after your order has been dispatched.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed, refused, or because of an incorrect/incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee required to resend the package.
