RETURN POLICY

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@zebosatelier.com with the subject line “Return” along with your order number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 2–3 business days for the refund to be processed.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached.

Items that show signs of wear, have been washed, altered, damaged, or tailored in any way are not eligible for return or refund.
